DELIVERY INFORMATION - JONS SHEDS LTD


Thank you for choosing Jons Sheds, To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our delivery process, please read and understand the following policy:

PROCESSING TIME

After your order is placed, our team will begin processing it within 5 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your garden building for manufacture and shipment.

MANUFACTURING TIME

The manufacturing time required for each garden building may vary, due to the nature of the product and the complexities on manufacturing. Keep in mind that these time frames are approximate and subject to change based on demand and other factors.

DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS

We offer multiple delivery options to cater to your needs. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. We strive to provide competitive rates while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your order.

DISPLAY TO ORDER

At Jon's Sheds, we operate on a "display-to-order" model. This means that the products showcased on our website are examples of what can be custom-built for you. When you place an order, our team ensures the materials, specifications, and dimensions match your requirements before beginning the manufacturing process.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your garden building is manufactured and ready to be shipped, we will promptly dispatch them. The delivery time frame will depend on your location and as delivery times may vary, we recommend you refer to the confirmed delivery date provided after the checkout process.

MY GARDEN BUILDING HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We deliver between 8am and 6pm. If you order has not been delivered when expected please contact us via e-mail on [email protected] or telephone on 01924 908 907. If you have missed the delivery then contact us and our team will arrange a new delivery date.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY GARDEN BUILDING DELIVERY?

You do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know when ordering or via telephone, email or signed note to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. You can ask our delivery team to leave your order in your front garden or by the side of your home as long as full access is available.

WILL I NEED TO ASSIST THE DELIVERY TEAM?

Our delivery team DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and Jons Sheds will no longer be liable for direct or indirect losses, arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss accident, or expense including consequential loss or economic loss however caused and therefore ask that you DO NOT to help or try and help our delivery team while they make a delivery.

WHAT ACCESS IS NEEDED FOR MY DELIVERY?

Our delivery team are only permitted to do drop offs and deliveries unless installation has been arranged prior. They will NOT bring any garden buildings through your house. If you have our Installation service with your shed order please be aware that they will require FULL access to your garden. Our Installation team will not bring a building through your house as they are not covered by insurance to do so. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us on 01924 908 907 to discuss your available options. Our team will be able to provide you with more information and specific building information.

WHAT SIZE VEHICLE WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

We operate 3.5 ton and 7.5 ton vehicles, on which your garden building could arrive on any of these depending on which location you reside in and time of the year. If you live in area where access is difficult for larger vehicles please let us know in advance as soon as possible on 01924 908 907 or send an e-mail to [email protected] with your name, access details and order number. There must be sufficient space for the vehicle to operate safely. If you are worried about your home not being easy to access please don’t hesitate to contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GARDEN BUILDING IS NOT DELIVERED ON THE DAY I PICKED?

We apologise if you were expecting a delivery on a specific day and it was not delivered. If you did not get your order delivered please wait for us to contact you. We will speak to you and arrange another suitable delivery date. You do not need to be home for your Jons Sheds delivery. You can contact us and let us know about your missed delivery via e-mail to [email protected] with your name, address and order number. Alternatively you can contact us on 01924 908 907. There is no monetary compensation for a missed delivery, please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

DELIVERY SLOTS

We will contact you the day before your confirmed delivery date by email and/or SMS with a reminder of your shed delivery. We aim to meet the delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, or be delayed however we always endeavour to keep delays at a minimum.

DELIVERY ISSUES/DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that your garden building arrives damaged or you encounter any delivery-related issues, please contact our sales team, we will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure your customer satisfaction.
